Warhammer Bulletin: Hivestorm

Welcome to another Warhammer Bulletin, taking a look each week at what’s gone up for pre-order in the Warhammer universe. Storming into our lives on buzzing wings and raging jet packs, Kill Team: Hivestorm is here! Not only that but a variety of separate Kill Team releases, including books, terrain, cards, killzones and many repackaged Kill Teams for the new edition. So let's dig in.

Kill Team

As I mentioned there is plenty to discover in this week's Kill Team releases. Obviously headed up by the launch box for the new edition, but with plenty more to boot.

● Hivestorm - A really cool set for sure. I mean if the Tempestus Aquilons weren’t cool enough, look at those Vespid. Tau players rejoice, you have waited a LONG time for new Vespids. Has everything you need for the new edition, can’t wait to see how it plays.

● Core Book - Which in a nice twist, comes with a core tokens pack, so you aren’t stuck with all the rules but none of the tokens it mentions. A nice addition.

● Equipment Pack - Handy, I especially like the smoke grenades.

● Approved Operations Card Pack 2024

● Killzone: Bheta-Decima and Killzone: Gallowdark - Being able to vary up the killzone you play on is always appreciated, and these are both nice.

● Kill Team: Drukhari Mandrakes and Datacards - I’m not scared….

● Kill Team: Nemesis Claw and Datacards - Classic. These guy look like they’ll accept no nonsense.

● Kill Team: Ork Kommandos and Datacards - Waaaagh…but sneaky like

● Kill Team: Space Marine Scout Squad and Datacards

● Kill Team: Hernkyn Yaegirs and Datacards - My boys! Space Dwarves all the way. These are rugged hard working Space Dwarves (and robots), you can tell because of the trench coats.

● Kill Team: Corsair Voidscarred and Datacards - Dance troop or Kill Team?

● Kill Team: Blooded and Datacards - Sometimes Guardsmen have really REALLY bad days.

● Kill Team: Brood Brothers and Datacards - We’re perfectly normal humans….honest.

Black Library

Once again the Black Library allows us a glimpse of the knowledge that is contained within.
