The website is easy to use and there are very helpful instructions regarding ordering items which are currently out of stock. The wish list option is very useful also. I was searching for the core rule book for a table top role playing game and I only found it with a reasonable on Zatu. The buying process was seamless. The product was shipped very quickly and with tracking. I know where I'm going to buy my future boardgames!
