Heroquest Frozen Horror Expansion

Returning to the already vast story of Heroquest, The Frozen Horror quest pack expands further and introduces a new icy nemesis to confront; The Frozen Horror. After bursting forth from its icy tomb and rallying its allies, it now aims to enclose the Northlands in a shroud of deadly ice.  In this expansion, one player must take on the role of the barbarian, whose aim is to defeat the frozen horror and banish it to whence it came. All whilst the other player commands the chilling monstrosity that is the Frozen horror. That does mean that this adventure is not a soloable quest, as two players are required to command both forces.  Most importantly, this new expansion is a rework of the original barbarian expansion released 20 years ago. The frozen horror quest pack adds a new breath of life to the previous pack with stunning miniatures, and beautiful door figures instead of the original cardboard stands. And to add some customisation to your loadout, Avalon Hill have also provided 8 new frost themed dice variants of those found in the core set.  A detailed quest book featuring 10 quests and setup instructions for each is also provided with this expansion. By combining the new frozen tiles with the core set board, your surroundings are transformed into an icy chasm where danger lurks behind every icicle. This also demonstrates the endless potential for adventure that Heroquest has to offer.  The Frozen quest pack expansion adds a new exciting customisable adventure to the already expansive story of Heroquest.
