An Age of Darkness has descended upon the galaxy. Horus Lupercal, Warmaster of the Emperor's armies, has turned against his gene-father and sent the Imperium spiralling into a bloody civil war. Out of the eighteen great Space Marine Legions, finest of all humanity's soldiers, fully half have sided with the traitorous Warmaster, while the remainder stand staunchly loyal to the Emperor. It is a war of brother against brother, Space Marine against Space Marine, which has seen the might of the Imperium's vast armies turned upon themselves in a cataclysm of fire and blood.
In Warhammer: The Horus Heresy you will pit mighty armies of superhuman warriors against each other in apocalyptic tabletop battles. Choose your favoured Legion, from the knightly Dark Angels to the duplicitous Alpha Legion, build your own army from a range of spectacular Citadel and Forge World miniatures, and clash with fellow players in wargames of staggering tactical depth. The tale of the Horus Heresy is the bedrock of Warhammer 40,000's rich history, and this boxed game is the perfect first step to joining the epic conflicts that reshaped the galaxy.

Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Knights - War Dogs.
Included in the box is not one... but TWO miniatures. The War Dog-class Knights will be your Dread Households 'hunting packs', and it is no surprise - look at them! They are each armed with an insane range of weapons which is exactly what you want to see from your group of hunters!
They are similar to the Imperial Knights in the sense that they are some of the oldest [Warhammer 40k] working technology in the existence of the Warhammer universe. However, dissimilarly to the Imperial Knights, their crews succame to the temptation of Chaos over the many centuries they lived and worked through. They have lived through many of the crews around them dying, vanishing and admitting defeat, but this has never EVER held them back! Those who died had their souls fused with Daemons which are to be locked within the shells of the war machines... interesting, right?
The chaos Knights in themselves are not immune to everything. They suffer from mutation (it gets worse), spouting of claws, flails and weapon strikes upon them.
You can build any combinations of War Dog-class Knights you want! Including, War Dog Karnivores, War Dog Stalkers or War Dog Brigands. The choice is totally yours. The War Dog Karnivores are a monstrous 'Lords of War' choice for providing deadly melee support to your Chaos Knights army! Armed with an infantry-shredding reaper chaintalon and an armour breaking slaughterclaw, they can also be further customised with varities and choices of articulated poses, armour plating and unique faceplates as well as accessories!
Are you going to getyour hands on the Chaos Knights, War Dogs it? Get your building hands on and get ready to build the army of your dreams.
Please Note: The Chaos Knight miniatures will come unassembled and unpainted. You can buy paints separately and follow online guides if you need any help.
