Presented as a lovely yet inexpensive hardcover objet d'art, Mighty Mite tells the surreal and touching story of an earmite in search of a home and a lonely ape named Gabby who has fled the circus and survives on scraps of food scavenged in back alleys. The two disparate strands of the story told on opposing pages and in full-colour and b/w respectively, only come together at the very end when the reader finally learns how the fate of the two intertwine. A wonderfully unique and elegantly crafted story for all ages, this is a perfect introduction to Millionaire's work.
