Marvel Champions: Cyclops Hero Pack

Cyclops, the original and first student of Charles Xavier. He is probably the most dedicated student and advocate for peace for mutants and humans to coexist. Scott Summers, aka Cyclops, has powerful optic beams but is also a tactical genius. He leads his fellow mutant X-Men on the field of combat. 

Marvel Champions is a cooperative living card game where you take on the role of a hero from the Marvel universe. Each Hero pack comes with a pre-built deck that you can use straight out of the box or you can build your own deck from the pool of available aspect cards, basic cards and the signature hero cards. There are four available aspects; leadership, protection, aggression and justice. 

Cyclops is introduced into the Marvel Champions: the card game with a blast. He is a new playable hero with fifteen signature hero cards and a very fitting leadership aspect pre built deck. As a born leader, Scott Summers can include any X-Men allies from any aspect in his deck. His signature ally is of course Jean Grey, aka, Phoenix. 

With a whole bunch of Hero upgrades combined with his Hero event cards not only is Cyclops a good leader but he can also dish out some decent damage. The pack also comes with four other allies for each of the aspects as well as some cool basic cards that can be included in other decks. His leadership cards lean further into the ally upgrades, making them stronger and more powerful along with events such as Teamwork that can increase your Hero’s damage output. 

Mister Sinister, the nemesis to Cyclops and Scott Summers’ Lost Visor obligation card can really put the brakes on your plans. Another thematic addition that FFG seems to do so well with these packs. Another great addition to the Marvel Champions line up.
