Excellent range and generally the best prices in the UK. Very helpful staff if contacted. My only criticism would be overpromising on out-of-stock or pre-release games. I know that deliveries are not in your control, but a better communication with (from) the distributors would be helpful. Maybe an email actively contacting buyers when games drop considerably behind estimated delivery, with some sort of reason. Examples for me would be "Vegetable Stock" (advertised on your front page last November! and still not delivered), and Zoo Vadis (where estimated delivery was delayed multiple times, then just removed and is now back again). Some sort of explanation on those would be helpful. You also advertise games as for sale that have no realistic expectation of any release (e.g. "Mogul" for a long time, "The Bloody Inn" currently).
