Chemistry Fluxx

Fluxx is a game like no other from Looney Labs, with several incarnations. Chemistry Fluxx centres on chemistry, not surprisingly. The game is simple, draw one card and play one card but the goals are changing and so are the rules!

There are several card types; you need the goals in play in order to win, these can be cleaning solution, sugar or a noble gas. You achieve the goal and victory by collecting keeper cards, in Chemistry Fluxx these include the elements of the periodic table. To get the cleaning solution goal you need nitrogen and hydrogen, for the sugar you need carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and for the noble gas you need helium and neon with no other keeper cards, they like to be alone. Other keepers include lab coats, Bunsen burners and Erlenmeyer flasks.

Rules are meant to be broken, and in Fluxx they are made to change. New Rule cards change the number of cards that are drawn or the number of cards that are played. They can even add new rules to change other aspects of the game and there are finally the action cards that allow players to do surprising things, like get discarded keepers or steal them from other players.

Chemistry Fluxx is a quick game of changing rules and changing goals where explosive chemistry is at hand and the goals within reach.
