Son Goku is the protagonist of the Dragon Ball series , created by Akira Toriyama and had its first chapter published in the Shonen Jump manga in December 1984. Initially presented as a boy with a tail, superhuman strength and who turned into a giant ape when he looked at the moon, we ended up discovering that Son Goku was a descendant of the Saiyan race . Son Goku was originally christened Kakarotto and shortly after his birth, he is sent to Earth by his parents Bardock and Gine to survive the destruction of Planet Vegeta.
