One of the most highly rated two player abstract strategy games has been announced for a second edition. Roxley Games is bringing out a new edition of Santorini, the game where you’re racing to build towers and get your workers to the top. However, your opponent is doing all they can to counter you. Oh! And you’re also Greek gods. Didn’t I mention that?
In the second edition, a new Pantheon edition with a 3D island frame, a whole host of new gods to utilise and a new storage solution are teased in the short trailer video, with more to follow. Including a very sinister cackle over the inclusion of a co-operative expansion called Riddle of the Sphinx.
More details are sure to follow when the Kickstarter goes live on 11th April of this year for this new Santorini, so keep your eyes peeled and your prayers in the ears of Zeus.
