Calling all heroes! The third season of Marvel United is inbound, and it’s on a whole other multiverse! Brought to you by board game veterans CMON games; creators of Zombicide and Starcadia Quest.
Starting off the newest chapter with a bang, this season comes with a brand new core box and introduces new heroes and villains into the already varied mix. As well as new revamped versions of heroes we’ve come to enjoy playing in previous Marvel United seasons.
With unique abilities for heroes at the forefront of the designers mind. They have focused on bringing character features alive in the game For example, you can look forward to seeing captain carter’s shield and Cosmic Ghost Rider’s Hell Cycle featuring in game. All of this is made possible with the new equipment cards that characters start the game with.
But what if all your hero friends are off elsewhere in the multiverse? Never fear! New to this season of Marvel United is a brand new Solo Mode. Rather than playing solo with a team of three champions, the new version of solo mode pits you against a fearsome boss with just one hero in your roster but with the addition of a superific support deck; so you still get that kickass team fighting feeling!
With two huge new features coming to Marvel United, I can’t wait to see what other features CMON have in store for us. Hopefully we won’t have long to wait unit the new kickstarter goes live, but we’ll be sure to let you know when it does; so be sure to check back!
