Wishing you could turn back time? Ready to do the Time Warp? Well, you may want to check out this time turner classic from Double Stallion Games, the creators of Moonlighter, and Publishers of League of Legends. Set your watches for League of Legends: Convergence.
In this spin off, we follow the journey of Ekko through the streets of Zaun. Fans who have watched League of Legends Arcane on Netflix may be familiar with Ekko, as we followed his story from youth onward as he discovered himself and the powers that lurk around him.
Game mechanics will revolve around time manipulation and free running; all of which will be beautifully presented in the traditional 2D platformer style. But if that isn’t quite enough to whet your appetite, you won’t be experiencing this journey alone. Fan favourites such as Jinx, and Camille will be making an appearance throughout the game.
Unfortunately, we don’t yet know if there’ll be any special editions released alongside the base game of Convergence, but knowing Riot Games, there’s likely to be something special in the works for fans who want something shiny. That being said, we’ll likely find out in the coming days as there’s not long to go until the game hits our screens. Convergence will be released to PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox and Playstation on May 23rd 2023.
