From the mind behind Wingspan, Elizabeth Hargrave has used her passion for winged things to sculpt a new creation. Not to be confused with Mariposa, which is a far older, less attractive and singular title.
Brought to you by Alderac Entertainment Group, this conquest takes place over the course of three seasons. Each season will bring new challenges and new goals. These are randomised each game to give you a unique experience as you scatter new eggs across the landscape. You’ll need to feast upon milkweed to allow your new caterpillars to flourish. By taking advantage of the local flowers, you can gorge yourself on nectar. More nectar means more points and means a very happy kaleidoscope of butterflies. Do you like that term? Unsurprisingly, given the theme, this is going to be a colourful addition to your collection. Expect little, wooden butterflies, a custom flower die, along with a variety of action and goal cards to spice things up.
