Zatu Games Checkout Competition Terms and Conditions 

£100 in Games Giveaway

1. Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 years or older.

2. Entry Requirements

Each order placed on Zatu's website during the competition period qualifies for one entry, unless otherwise stated, into the competition.

Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be associated with a separate order.

Entries will be automatically registered at the time of checkout.

Cancelled orders will not be counted towards the competition.

Zatu reserves the right to change entry conditions at any point during the competition period.

3. Competition Period

The competition begins at 11:00 GMT on 10th February 2025 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 20th May 2025.

4. Prize

The prize consists of £100 worth of games as selected by Zatu Games. The value is based upon the RRP of the selected games.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Unless faulty, no return or replacement requests will be accepted.

Zatu reserves the right to change the prize at any time.

If an international order is selected as the winner, the customer will be given a discount code to the value of £75.

Only one winner will be selected.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date.

6. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during checkout within 10 days of the draw.

The winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.

7. Data Protection

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding the prize.

Zatu Games will not share participants' personal information with third parties without prior consent.

8. General Conditions

Zatu Games reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of Zatu Games' control.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Zatu Games.

Zatu Games is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

9. Liability

Zatu Games accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

10. Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
