It was shipped and arrived very fast. Care was taken to fill the box with cushioning to prevent the game I order Dorfromanik: Sakura from being damaged. I have made three orders from Zatu. There was a problem with the first - the customs declaration was incomplete so I was charged VAT on import. The test of a company is how it responds to missteps. Zatu took ownership of the mistake and refunded the charges.Well done Zatu!
