Had several orders over the last years, recent one in November 2024. Delivered to Germany, they all went well, games arrived reliably on time and packages unscathed. I happily accept the involved shipping fee (7 to 12 Euros in my case), for I know I can count on Zatu's quality of deliverance. And often I find sought after games reduced in price from 20% to 40%, like with the Arkham Horror LCG.Sometimes, their website exhibits an unusual high response time, for example when you click for adding to basket or continuing to shop (takes over 5 seconds for something to happen). Besides that, ZATU is my preferred place to order games in original (English) language.
