Good price. The product was in perfect shape, took like 10 days in total to arrive after ordering (to The Netherlands). That was fine by me, because I didn't need it right away.

Great company, though occasionally a little caught up on industry issues relating to pre-ordering. Notifications on when a pre-order release date changes or otherwise falls through would be a welcome addition for any customers making pre-orders, but I'm happy to say that I'm currently looking forward to giving them more business in the future.

Great when the item is in stock. Items are delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Only complaint is backorders sometimes take significantly longer than advertised to ship.
