Products all came as expected and in good condition. Shipping was delayed for whatever reason so produced arrived about 2 weeks after the projected delivery date.

I bought a couple of Pathfinder related items from Zatu after finding they had them in stock. The two items were shipped in good time and although I did need to do a follow up contact to find out when one item was shipping their team were quick to respond and all of the items arrived in good time for our game session.

Good price. The product was in perfect shape, took like 10 days in total to arrive after ordering (to The Netherlands). That was fine by me, because I didn't need it right away.

Great company, though occasionally a little caught up on industry issues relating to pre-ordering. Notifications on when a pre-order release date changes or otherwise falls through would be a welcome addition for any customers making pre-orders, but I'm happy to say that I'm currently looking forward to giving them more business in the future.
