I live in France and order fairly regularly, Zatu's prices are competitive even compared to game stores over here and they pay the importation taxes. Never had a problem with an order, nor a pre-order, parcels are sent promptly and i usually receive them on average 5 days later. They offered me a reimbursement once when I received a slightly damaged game. All in all good quality in every department.
