Huge news! Alien RPG is available to back on kickstarter right now (at time of writing)! Free League and 20th century studios have created an expanded and updated version of the RPG epic. What’s also stunning to see is the campaign has been successfully backed and will go ahead. With over 8,000 backers that’s awesome.
Alien seems to be enjoying something of a renaissance in 2025. It’s bizarre because I have recently re-watched all the old movies and right up to the current Romulus that only came out last year. These films are incredible. Alien is still an unbelievable film, made in 1979 and I still jumped watching it, such was the tension and fear created. If this RPG can get close to capturing that then gamers are in for an intense playing experience.
So what is being said about this latest creation from the creators, what can fans expect from the rerelease?
